Mario, the wine waiter and owner, chooses his wines and aperitifs with the aim of inviting the customers to discover original products.

The summer season lends itself well to discovering traditonal Québec aperitifs such as Minaki or Ricaneux. During this season, we also offer farm products such as Les vins de l'Orpailleur and their Apérid'Or.
